Contact policy

No phone calls. Ever.

Last updated: April 24, 2026

Most expat housing sites in Vietnam treat your search as a lead — they sell or share your phone number with agencies, and within an hour you get cold-called by half a dozen people who don't know what you're looking for. We don't do that. This page exists so you know exactly what we do and don't do with your contact info.

What you give us when you save a search

  • Your email address.
  • Your match criteria — budget, neighborhoods, bedrooms, move-in date.
  • Nothing else. We don't ask for your phone number.

What we do with it

  • We email you when a newly published listing matches what you saved. One email per match, never bundled drip campaigns.
  • Every email has a one-click pause and delete link. No login required to use them.

What we never do

  • We never call you. If you ever get a phone call from someone claiming to be ExpatHaus, it isn't us. Hang up.
  • We never sell or share your email with agents, agencies, brokers, or any third party.
  • We never publish a public seeker board. Earlier versions of the site did — agents used it for cold pitches, so we retired it. Your search lives only in our database, visible only to the matching system.

How agents reach out

The flow runs the other way. We email you a listing; you decide whether to message the agent on Zalo using the contact link in the listing. The agent only learns about you if and when you reach out first.

Delete or change anything

Use the manage link inside any match email — pause and delete are one click. You can also email huyqnguyen07@gmail.com and we'll remove your data within 24 hours.
